Written by Gail Lawther, this is a comprehensive book on stained glass quilting, with many different techniques covered in detail and with patterns included for 20 projects. Gail covers traditional stained glass applique, layered stained glass that includes stitching through the batting as well as the bias, a fused technique with applique pieces layered on a background, a crazy quilt technique that uses ribbon and other trims for the bias, machine satin stitching to give the look of bias and stained glass by foundation piecing.
All the pattern templates are included in this book, but the larger patterns do have to be enlarged to the specified size. The smaller patterns are full size. This 8 1/4" x 11 3/4" book has 104 pages.
