This 27" square wallhanging has a Celtic border framing the Celtic center block. Starting with one of Scarlett's original Celtic blocks, Patty Oliver-Matz added her own touches and the Celtic border to create this distinctive wallhanging.

Full size pattern templates are included along with the instructions. Originally published in Celtic Style Floral Applique, Scarlett's first book that is currently out-of-print, this design is now available as a pattern.
